AGM REGISTRATION

In order to assist in AGM planning, we are encouraging early registration for the AGM if possible.  As such, we have structured the fee for attending the AGM to include an “early-bird” registration fee which will be applicable for all those who register early and pay for the AGM fee no later than 30 November 2019 at 17.00 hrs CET. 
Early Bird Registration: Euro 550 
applicable up to November 30, 2019
 
Normal Registration: Euro 750 
applicable from 1 December 2019 until start of the AGM
 
Spouse/Companion: Euro 350
Children: Euro 150
 
When you submit your completed AGM participation form, GLA HQ will send an invoice to you for the AGM registration fee.
If you would like to benefit from the Early Bird Registration the payment must be received by GLA HQ before November 30, 2019 at 17.00 hrs CET.
Normal Registration payments have to be received before the start of the AGM 2020.
The registration form will be sent in a separate e-mail by GLA HQ.

AIRPORT

Hilton Beijing Hotel locates in downtown area and close to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK).
From PEK to Hilton Beijing Hotel => around 30 mins by taxi; around 30 mins (2 stops by Metro Express).
A new airport, BEIJING DAXING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (PKX), which is far from downtown, was open on Sep. 30th, 2019.

We suggest members to book flight to PEK rather than PKX because from PKX to Hilton Beijing hotel ==> near 2 hours by taxi (traffics jam in Beijing is very normal); near 1.5 hours (19 stops by  normal Metro system)
