HOTEL CONDITIONS

The above rates are inclusive of Breakfast Buffet, taxes and service charge. When generating the reservation, the total of USD 189,56/USD 215,54 per night will be shown. The room rate is excluded from porterage fee of USD 5,00 per person, which will be charged at the check-in.
Room rates are special rates for the group and apply 3 days pre and 3 days after the meeting.
The reservation link only allows bookings for single and double room categories.
Triple rooms or other categories needs to be requested at Deysi Dzul (deysi.dzul@vacationclub.com).

CHILD POLICY

Children up to 11 years old do not incur an additional charge as an extra person.
For children 12 years and older, the rate of an adult is applicable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

The hotel standard Check-In time is 16.00 hrs. Early Check-In is purely subjected to availability and as per the discretion of the hotel management and subject to additional charges.
Should the guest need to guarantee an early Check-In, reservations have to be made 1 night prior to arrival.
The hotel standard Check-Out time is 10.00 hrs. Persons staying in their rooms beyond the Check-Out time without hotel authorization will be charged for an additional night.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT POLICY

Individual guests will be required to provide a major credit card at the time of check in, to cover for incidental charges. Incidental charges will be settled by individuals, upon check-out.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.

INDIVIDUAL GUEST CANCELLATION TERMS

At 12.00 hrs. pm local time at the hotel on April 1st, 2024 all reservations will be charges in full, to the individual credit cards on file, for room and tax are not refundable thereafter. Incidental charges will be settled by individuals, upon check-out.

AGM REGISTRATION

We are glad to inform you that we will allocate an Early Bird Fee applicable up to and including December 15^th, 2023.

REGISTRATION FEE STRUCTURE

Please send the completed participants form to Aline van Vuuren (aline@glanetwork.com). Aline will send you the invoice for the registration fee accordingly, please respect the payment term of 30 days.

AGM ATTENDANCE

All members are required to send one high ranked (English speaking) participant to the AGM. Members that do not attend will still be responsible for the registration fee of one participant.
Conflicting commitments such as trips or meetings, or the inability to obtain a valid travel visa in time, will not be considered a valid reason not to attend (some valid reasons are travel restriction by your own country or by the Government of Mexico, rejection of visa application and sudden illness).
In case of cancellations due to denial of visa, a proof of a written refusal letter with reason from the embassy must be sent to GLA HQ.

TOURIST TOURS

We are planning to prepare group excursions before and after the AGM (Saturday April 27^th and Wednesday May 1^st). Also options for individual excursions will be announced . We will inform you further in a separate email.

GLA HQ and the host (Grupo Cargoquin S.A.) will assist with an invitation letter if requested.

In view of the preparations and the required budget to organise the various AGM events, your feedback and participation as active sponsor is appreciated by latest 1st March 2024 an earlier response is highly appreciated.

All sponsors will be included in the GLA Social Media messages (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram and the GLA members app).

During the AGM – when the screen is not used otherwise – all sponsors with their advertisement, company names and logo’s will continuously rotate on the screen.

Regarding the banners, the actual size of the banner depends on your choice or type of sponsorship.

Banner advertising on the GLA website will be subject to space allocations and timings to be agreed with GLA H/Q.
