Annual General Meetings

Every year, all GLA members meet for three days at an exciting place in the world. It is mandatory for each member to send at least one high ranked English speaking representative to every meeting. Members can meet all of their network partners simultaneously. The AGM rotates continents every year, so once every few years the meeting is close to a member’s location.  The change of venues results in a pleasant variation in location and atmosphere. The annual meetings are an excellent platform to make friends, to exchange interesting information, to do business in a relaxing environment, and to participate in the development, and future of the network. The previous event was held on 18 – 20 March 2018 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

All GLA members are expected to attend GLA Annual General Meeting. The GLA AGM is not a faceless and frantic network meeting, it is your opportunity to put names to faces and build friendships and business relationships that will last for generations.

Our next GLA Annual General Meeting will be in March 2019 in Panama City, Panama.

Because keeping things in the family works!

We hope that by now you may have already come to the conclusion that GLA is more than just a trade association or a networking group. Based on the extremely high standards required for membership acceptance, you can be sure that every one of your fellow members will share your passion for high quality service, honesty and integrity at every level.  We actively encourage you to bring your colleagues and close family with you when attending GLA AGMs to soak up the hospitality, history and culture of our host nation and its members.  You will leave with business cards from GLA members, sales leads and new friendships from all over the world which makes business contacts easier after the meeting.
