Sometimes Logistics can come across as a little boring, but when you are moving tanks and planes it is defiantly not boring. Proving once again that working within our association we can achieve anything. Great thanks to John S. John S. James Co. regularly brings in WWII military equipment for collectors. These require multiple agencies clearances and specialized transit requirements.
This equipment has been imported by various collectors, most of whom are US Veterans. The vehicles are used in air shows, battle re-enactments and for historical display. Most of the consignments move via RO-RO which has caused some particular challenges for port stevedores. Others move via MAFI. Almost all are oversize and/or overweight. With our trusted partners, we have arranged the door-to-door transit for these and many other unusual collector pieces.We would like to thank our GLA partners Ligentia (UK) and Broekman (Belgian) for their professional assistance and local knowledge.
